As an ISP Lab School, Mosaic introduces technology through a careful process of piloting, testing and research, so only well‑evaluated tools reach classrooms. Digital platforms are chosen because they genuinely enhance language learning, deepen understanding and support teachers in tracking pupil progress. We ensure that technology use is purposeful and impactful.
Teachers use digital platforms to share each child’s progress directly with parents, ensuring transparency and trust.
At our private school in Switzerland, students also develop their own voice by creating and presenting projects using a variety of multimedia tools. Through technology, our learners become confident communicators: able to express ideas clearly, reflect thoughtfully and engage meaningfully with others, both in and beyond the classroom.
EdTech supports students as they work together to solve problems, exchange ideas and create shared outcomes. Digital tools enable real teamwork, whether learners are co-editing a presentation, building a project or exploring global connections.

Language learning
Technology is used with clear purpose. At our Kindergarten School in Geneva, it reinforces oral language, listening and storytelling, while in later cycles tools such as MyBlee Math, FlashAcademy and Formative help build vocabulary, mathematical language and confidence through repetition, visuals and timely feedback.
iPads
In Early Years and 1P - 2P, shared iPads support short, age‑appropriate activities, always under close teacher guidance. From 3P, students use one‑to‑one iPads in carefully planned moments, guided by a co‑signed Mosaic iPad Promise.
Artificial Intelligence
AI supports teachers, not students. Through tools like the ISP AI Toolbox, it helps personalise lessons and streamline planning, so technology enhances learning while the classroom experience remains human and relationship‑driven.
Initially, digital tools complement play-based experiences, focusing on oral language, listening, storytelling and hands‑on exploration alongside the use of physical manipulatives such as building blocks.
Students from 2P to 6P also benefit from the bilingual mathematics application MyBlee Math for Schools, which strengthens conceptual understanding while building mathematical vocabulary in both languages.
From 6P, award‑winning platforms are woven into the learning environment, including FlashAcademy, which supports EAL students with vocabulary, pronunciation and listening, and Formative, which enables teachers to design targeted activities, check real‑time understanding and provide timely feedback.
Together, these tools allow students to progress at an appropriate pace without losing the richness of human interaction and classroom dialogue.
In Early Years and 1P - 2P, shared iPad sets support short, age‑appropriate activities such as language games, creative apps or documentation of learning, always under close teacher guidance. Devices remain at school and are only taken home for specific, teacher‑assigned projects agreed with parents.
From 3P, each student has access to a one‑to‑one iPad, used in carefully planned moments to deepen understanding, practise key skills and enrich projects across subjects. Students, parents and teachers co‑sign the Mosaic iPad Promise and iPad User Agreement, which clearly define respectful, safe and purposeful use. This shared framework ensures iPads are seen and used as learning tools that complement active, face‑to‑face classroom experiences rather than replacing them.
As one of eleven ISP Lab Schools, we integrate AI in a careful, research‑informed way that keeps teaching and learning firmly human‑centred. AI is used by teachers, not students, primarily through tools such as the ISP AI Toolbox. These tools help teachers design richer lessons, adapt resources to different language levels and learning profiles, and identify where students might need extra support or further challenge.
By saving time on routine tasks and offering new insights, AI allows teachers to focus more on relationships, dialogue and high‑quality classroom experiences, ensuring that technology amplifies great teaching rather than replacing it.
Formative
Yes, I've noticed that using Formative can positively impact student academic progress. It helps identify learning gaps in real time, allowing for quicker feedback and support, which improves understanding and performance.
Teacher
It provides a different format of assessment which helps to reach a broader type of learning styles.

Flash Academy
I like Flash Academy, there are lots of different things to do: grammar, writing etc, and activities are not always the same – I would give Flash Academy 9/10.

I use Flash Academy at home with my sister and family. I like the games, and playing, they help me learn English.

It’s good – my favourite part is after doing the activities, I get to do a game!
