Middle School Information Session
At École Mosaic, students learn in bright classrooms spread across four floors, with specialist spaces for STEAM, art, music, theatre and languages. Modern learning spaces give children room to move, create and grow.
STEAM Lab
Our STEAM Lab that supports learning across the school and includes a podcast studio, Mac suite, 3D printing and laser cutting tools. It is used for specialist science lessons from 5P to 8P and after-school STEAM activities that encourage creativity, problem-solving and collaboration.
Art studio
A spacious art studio for visual and plastic arts, for lessons and after-school programmes. It is equipped with traditional printmaking tools, including a printing press for linocut and collage, and materials for drawing, painting, sculpture and mixed media.
Multi-activity area
A space for a diverse range of activities including drama, music and physical education.
Music room
A dedicated studio for musical exploration, fitted with quality instruments and acoustic design that support ensemble work, individual practice and the confident development of musical talent.
Green room
A calm backstage retreat that prepares performers for the spotlight, offering space to rehearse lines, adjust costumes and focus before and after performances to build confidence and develop stage presence.
Dance studio
A multi-purpose studio for dance and movement-based activities, including hip hop. This space enhances the development of physical expression, rhythm and coordination.
Library
A library that promotes reading, independent research and quiet study. The space offers bilingual resources and supports project work across subjects, encouraging a lifelong love of reading.
School life spaces
A welcoming reception and a flexible multi-activity area bring our community together. These shared hubs host projects, clubs and events where students connect, collaborate and get creative.
Classrooms
Light-filled classrooms with flexible layouts and modern, digital tools.
Makerspace
A dedicated makerspace where students design, build and test ideas using hands-on materials and digital tools. This flexible creative hub supports STEAM projects and collaboration across age groups.
Digital learning spaces
On-site digital learning areas where students use iPads and selected platforms purposefully in class. Devices stay at school and are introduced gradually, ensuring technology supports active, human-centred learning.
Playgrounds
Two on-site playgrounds and an enclosed nearby play area provide safe spaces for daily recreation, social play and physical activity tailored to different age groups.
Parc Bertrand
We use Parc Bertrand for recreation, outdoor lessons and Eco-School projects. It becomes an extended classroom where students connect learning with nature and local sustainability initiatives.
Off-campus sports facilities
Our international school in Switzerland uses off-site sports facilities to complement our sports programme at school, including a swimming pool for 2P–4P, a sailing centre for 5P–6P, climbing venues for 7P–8P and ski resorts at the Grand-Bornand.
At École Mosaic, student safety and well-being are at the forefront of school life. A secure reception ensures that access to the building is monitored and that all visitors are supervised. Clear procedures, regular staff training and age-appropriate sessions for students on bullying, online behaviour and wellbeing help create a calm, supportive environment where children feel safe and ready to learn.

Our student-led approach has earned us the Eco-Schools Green Flag since 2024 and continues to inspire action for a more sustainable future.
As an ISP Lab School, learning at École Mosaic never stands still. Our classrooms are living labs where teachers and students explore how technology can enhance engagement and understanding. By researching the impact of new tools - including feedback platforms, AI for planning and communication platforms - we establish best practice and share insights within our school community and across the wider ISP network.
