Problems can arise at any time and stir up great emotions.As adults, one of the most important skills we can teach children is how to manage conflict, guide positive behaviour and interact with others in a positive and respectful way. These skills are essential for building healthy relationships and developing the ability to handle delicate situations, from simple spats to more serious problems.We have created a new position of Well-being and Success Coordinator at Mosaic. This role is responsible for deploying KELSO, a conflict management, personality development and anti-bullying programme, which is unique in Geneva.The programme offers strategies to help our pupils know what to do when they have a problem with their feelings or the way they think others are behaving towards them. We are confident that it will be another very valuable tool to help our pupils develop emotionally and enable them to take control of their own behaviour.
